We had a wonderful family trip to Allegro Cozumel. The experience was that of a classic all-inclusive resort, with the best this model has to offer. The beach area and sea in front of the resort is absolutely gorgeous. Our elementary-aged kids loved the pools, water park, activities, music, and action and we felt safe letting them move about the resort with the many other kids with families. The beach/pool activities staff went out of their way to add fun and some structure to a very relaxing, leave-your-worries-behind week, from morning stretch to volleyball to activities for kids. The buffet food service was epic each day with many choices from American comfort food to fresh, local, and flavorful! Enjoyed dinner reservations three nights as well. Drinks were delicious and bar service abundant. The front desk, hospitality staff, housekeeping, servers, bartenders, and lifeguards were excellent and their positive attitude pays off. Other notable activities: an excellent deep tissue massage and kid hair braids at the resort Spa. There were easy-to-book additional activities through the resort such as a banana boat ride, snorkeling, and scuba boats coming in and out each day. Unique family entertainment every night.

I stayed here over New Year's, 2021-2022. The cleanliness of the pools and my room were outstanding. The hammocks outside each room were a pleasure. The beach is great. For New Year's diner, each guest got 1/2 a lobster. Food in general was very good. I found Allegro to have excellent wifi. It was great from my room and also at the nearby outdoor cabana. There is a lack of electrical outlets up in the main hall, but in my suite, connectivity was excellent. I would have stayed longer and continued my work from home job if my office didn't have a policy about working from foreign countries. The beach was good because there are enough palm trees to find shade pretty much all the time. The staff was very accommodating and I had no problems extending my stay another day. I have stayed at a number of resorts in Cozumel, including some of the most expensive. This one is a great value for the price and location.

Was amazing experience!!! The rooms are small, but it keeps it very organized! The service people will fix anything if need it very quickly! The resort very cute, small and cozy boutique! The beach was great with amazing music and awesome activities for everyone! Our kids had a blast time!! Was Perfect! Great stuff, Jonathan the Swimmer :) the lifeguard, entertainment people were amazing and very friendly!!! Everyone made our stay very welcoming and happy! The dinner at Oriental restaurant was excellent, you could feel how much chefs and stuff were enthusiastic to make the show and service excellent! There were no mosquitos neither! The resort took care of it very well!!!

Everything about the hotel was great! The pool at the right temperature, the beach is perfect (although it doesn’t haven sun umbrellas it has palm trees that cover almost 100% of the sun beds). The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My brother got ill and everyone helped, the chef made us special food, the staff took it to our room and everyone was always asking about him. (For no extra charge). Also I lost a dress at the swimming pool, and after maybe 10 minutes talking with a receptionist I had my dress back.

I liked the fact that the gentleman at reception was very kind and helpful. He allowed me meals at the restaurant upon arrival and on the day I left, even if that was before and after my check-in/check-out times. For a scuba diver the location is perfect and access to restaurant for breakfast and lunch very convenient. It is very easy and cheap to access the hotel by taxi (the official line) either from the harbour or the airport. Local people in Cozumel are very kind to tourists, they don't push on buying overpriced item or service (not like on the mainland).
