Great location. Rental car company in Lobby and another across the street. Taxi stand is also across the street. Asian dinner was great - good showmanship as well as food.

The ocean was beautiful, every room came with a hammock outside. The pools were so refreshing. FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE. I’ve been to a fair share of resorts and can say I was actually impressed and looking forward to each meal. Well done! The staff were so genuinely kind and helpful. We were definitely welcomed well and felt like family only after one day. This is a VERY family friendly environment.

Clean, great community spaces, nice beach, great staff and the food was good to very good. Would be great for young families. Nice smaller sized resort felt more relaxing and authentic.

Nice hotel for the kids. They enjoyed the kids pool area! During our stay there were always lounge chairs available, the pools were always clean. The beach area was nice. Did not see any seaweed in Cozumel. It’s a smaller resort for families! All in all our stay was relaxing! If you want to party it’s not a good spot for you. There is a club open until I believe 2am but was almost empty the days we were there. One of the days we went there were about 20 people so it was better!

The property is clean. They provide snacks in between meals. They provide three course meals during the day for the likes of kids and adults. They have entertainment for adults as well as children. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Spa, scuba diving. Hair braiding, tennis courts, night club are all at the hotel.

Great place for family’s with children. The little water park was a huge hit with my 8 year old and even my 14 year old. The beach is very clean with lot of shady or sunny places at the beach to sit with a great view. There is a place right across the street to rent a car or grab a taxi. They also have the most incredible hibachi restaurant.

We like the fact that there was a show to go see. "Arby" was very entertaining and professional and the showtime events were great. We like it , because we did not want to go to town as most of the places are geared towards drinking alcohal. We don't drink. The entire sport directors of events and sporting games was really fun. The gardeners were very skilled and courteous to guest. The grounds were really well maintained. ALL the STAFF was excellent and friendly as well as willing to help. Our housekeeper was the BEST. She was always patient. We made sure we tipped well with most of the staff we encountered.

This property is a nice small size and has a lovely beach and proximity to anything you want in Cozumel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very nice. I enjoyed the evening shows, and the hard-working entertainment staff. I particularly recommend the Teppanyaki restaurant.

Loved the relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Everyone had a smile on their face when talking to them. The grounds, the rooms and the pools were all kept very clean. Plenty of food options and drinks were always available. The tour guys in the lobby were very helpful as well. HIGHLY recommend using the car/scooter rental shop across the street from this resort.

Everything about the hotel was great! The pool at the right temperature, the beach is perfect (although it doesn’t haven sun umbrellas it has palm trees that cover almost 100% of the sun beds). The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My brother got ill and everyone helped, the chef made us special food, the staff took it to our room and everyone was always asking about him. (For no extra charge). Also I lost a dress at the swimming pool, and after maybe 10 minutes talking with a receptionist I had my dress back.
