Allegro Cozumel All-Inclusive

We had a great time at this resort, had lots of good food and entertainment. The facilities are great and rooms are new and comfortable. Loved the hammock on the patio. A special thank to Arbey and the entertainment team, who really try to please all guests and provide great options for kids and adults. The beach, despite few seaweed (nothing compared to what happens in the main cost), was stunning. We were positively surprised by the food. Exceeded expectations (Tacos night was amaaazing). Staff was also super nice and always smiling :)

We had a wonderful family trip to Allegro Cozumel. The experience was that of a classic all-inclusive resort, with the best this model has to offer. The beach area and sea in front of the resort is absolutely gorgeous. Our elementary-aged kids loved the pools, water park, activities, music, and action and we felt safe letting them move about the resort with the many other kids with families. The beach/pool activities staff went out of their way to add fun and some structure to a very relaxing, leave-your-worries-behind week, from morning stretch to volleyball to activities for kids. The buffet food service was epic each day with many choices from American comfort food to fresh, local, and flavorful! Enjoyed dinner reservations three nights as well. Drinks were delicious and bar service abundant. The front desk, hospitality staff, housekeeping, servers, bartenders, and lifeguards were excellent and their positive attitude pays off. Other notable activities: an excellent deep tissue massage and kid hair braids at the resort Spa. There were easy-to-book additional activities through the resort such as a banana boat ride, snorkeling, and scuba boats coming in and out each day. Unique family entertainment every night.

They whole resort was awesome. And the entertainment team especially Jonny and David. They kept the vibe going the whole time.

The Host for there activities where amazing and very active . Will all age groups that is a god solid . The place is very clean and we’ll keep very nice -10/10

I stayed here over New Year's, 2021-2022. The cleanliness of the pools and my room were outstanding. The hammocks outside each room were a pleasure. The beach is great. For New Year's diner, each guest got 1/2 a lobster. Food in general was very good. I found Allegro to have *excellent* wifi. It was great from my room and also at the nearby outdoor cabana. There is a lack of electrical outlets up in the main hall, but in my suite, connectivity was excellent. I would have stayed longer and continued my work from home job if my office didn't have a policy about working from foreign countries. The beach was good because there are enough palm trees to find shade pretty much all the time. The staff was very accommodating and I had no problems extending my stay another day. I have stayed at a number of resorts in Cozumel, including some of the most expensive. This one is a great value for the price and location.
